As a Senior Growth Analyst in Adasight, you will be instrumental in helping our clients build and optimize their analytics infrastructure. Your role will blend strategic advisory with hands-on implementation, ensuring clients achieve accurate data tracking, actionable insights, and a deeper understanding of their user journeys. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, guiding them through the technical setup and delivering the insights needed to drive their business forward.

1. Key Responsibilities

Lead Analytics Implementations

  • Manage end-to-end analytics platform implementations, covering requirements gathering, technical setup, data validation, and reporting structure creation.
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of the client’s product to identify key business questions.
  • Identify and document primary user journey funnels within the client’s product.
  • Develop a structured tracking plan for key funnels and essential business questions.
  • Provide guidance to client engineering teams to ensure accurate tracking implementation.
  • Conduct regular audits of analytics setups to ensure implementation accuracy.
  • Implement data governance best practices to establish high data trust.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting tracking implementation issues.
  • Manage cross-platform data integrations to support comprehensive reporting use cases.
  • Ensure adoption of the latest platform features in both new and existing client implementations.
  • Centralize client information and standardize client data schemas.

Client Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on analytics strategies, event tracking, and data architecture best practices.

Data-Driven Insights & Reporting

  • Analyze client data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities, delivering actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
  • Create reports and dashboards that answer key business questions and provide insights into user behavior.

Collaboration and Leadership

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Engineering, and Customer Success—to ensure cohesive project delivery aligned with client goals.

Process Optimization for Data Management & Analytics

  • Design and refine internal processes to streamline analytics implementations, enhance data quality, and boost operational efficiency.

2. Skills Required

Client Communication & Teamwork

  • Ability to translate business questions into analytics use cases, tracking plans, and actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills for clearly conveying technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with an approach suited to managing complex analytics environments.

Data Visualization

  • Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI for creating dynamic, insightful dashboards.

API & Data Integration

  • Knowledge of REST APIs for enabling integrations and facilitating seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Experience with ETL tools like Segment, RudderStack, or Fivetran to support data migration and transformation.

Marketing & Product Analytics

  • Familiarity with marketing attribution tools (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer) to gather information on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta, and other advertising platforms for multi-channel attribution and analysis.
  • Experience in GA4 for event tracking, user behavior analysis, and conversion tracking.
  • Skilled in Amplitude and Segment for product and marketing analytics.

Data Governance

  • Demonstrated commitment to data governance best practices and data management trustworthiness.

Nice to Have Skills

Analytics & Tag Management

  • Proficient in Google Tag Manager (or similar platforms) for implementing custom tracking solutions.
  • Basic working knowledge of JavaScript for creating and troubleshooting custom events.

Advanced Data Analysis

  • Proficiency in SQL for complex queries and data manipulation.
  • Experience with Python or R for in-depth data analysis and automation.


3. Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience & Background

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering.
  • Proven experience in managing analytics projects and building data-driven solutions for B2C and B2B products.
