Product Growth Consultant- Analytics & Experimentation
Adasight is seeking a talented Growth Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you will manage client projects across various industries—including media streaming, lifestyle, healthcare, B2C, and B2B SaaS—focusing on data-driven strategies to drive growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, identify pain points, and implement solutions that improve key performance metrics.
Your expertise in product management from an engineering perspective, combined with a strong understanding of web and app development, data analytics, and UX/UI design, will be crucial in delivering impactful results.
Responsibilities
Project Management and Client Engagement
- Client Onboarding and Analysis: Lead initial meetings with clients to gather business requirements, understand leadership goals, and gain insights into their products.
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, define milestones, create tracking plans, and prepare delivery roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clients complete onboarding questionnaires and provide necessary access to tools and environments. Conduct kick-off calls to present project plans and maintain regular communication for updates and issue resolution.
- Collaboration with Data Teams: Coordinate with data and implementation teams to audit analytics configurations, oversee data governance, and ensure alignment on priorities.
Data Analytics and Implementation
- Analytics Integration: Secure access to clients' analytics tools like Amplitude and integrate necessary third-party data tracking solutions.
- User Journey Mapping: Define user experience funnels to understand customer journeys and identify key events for tracking.
- Tracking Plan Development: Create detailed tracking plans specifying events and user properties, establish baseline metrics, and set growth KPIs critical to the business.
- Data Validation and Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of tracking events, validate data accuracy, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Dashboard and Reporting: Develop dashboards to monitor key metrics, create templates for regular reports, and provide actionable insights to clients.
Experimentation and A/B Testing
- Needs Assessment: Evaluate clients' requirements for A/B testing tools and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Hypothesis Generation: Collaborate with design teams to assess UX/UI elements, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and formulate data-driven hypotheses.
- Experiment Design and Execution: Manage multiple experiments concurrently, including planning, designing new user experiences, and coordinating with engineering teams for implementation.
- Client Support: Assist clients in validating hypotheses, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing design approaches to maximize the impact of experiments.
- Results Analysis: Monitor experiment outcomes using analytics dashboards, analyze statistical significance, and provide recommendations based on findings.
Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Mentorship: Guide and support junior growth consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with data analysts, engineers, and designers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through workshops and training sessions, and help refine project management processes.
- Resource Management: Oversee the work of freelance specialists and ensure efficient resource allocation across projects.
Skills and Experience
- Product Management Expertise: 3-4 years of experience in product management within a data-driven organization, delivering measurable growth outcomes.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled with tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel and A/B testing frameworks; adept at deriving insights from complex data.
- Software Development Knowledge: Strong understanding of development principles, agile methodologies, and experimentation techniques.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and drive results in ambiguous scenarios.
- Industry Experience: Familiarity with B2C and B2B SaaS products, with a focus on Product-Led Growth strategies.
- User Behavior Focus: Passion for understanding user behavior and improving product-market fit through data-driven experimentation.
- Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Tool Agility: Comfortable adapting to new tools related to A/B testing, data analytics, and tracking.
