Overview

Adasight is looking for a dynamic Marketing Ops Graduate to coordinate our team of marketing specialists and progress to a team lead role post-internship. In this capacity, you will handle a budget to drive initiatives like community engagement, website management, business case creation, and support in crafting enablement materials for Adasight. This role provides a chance for advancement and personal growth as you champion Adasight's mission to excel in "Growth Analytics.”

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely publication and updates of our website content by coordinating with our web designer for Website Management.
• Collaborate with the Growth Consulting team to develop compelling business narratives through case studies. Integrate insights from various teams like acquisition and retention consulting.
• Automate processes using Zapier,  and other AI available tools to increase efficiency in our internal marketing efforts.
• Coordinate Adasight's internal growth marketing projects aligned with our strategic goals. Collaborate with the media team to execute a cohesive content strategy that advances our marketing objectives and maintains a consistent digital presence across platforms.
• Improve search optimisation efforts by working closely with our SEO expert. Stay updated on trends in Growth, Product, and Marketing Analytics to ensure swift execution.
• Drive innovation and efficiency by embracing artificial intelligence across your work and building workflows to improve “how we work” is your main role.
• Manage and keep Adasight's CRM system up-to-date using HubSpot.
• As certified tech partners of Amplitude and Segment, familiarity with these tools can bring you one step closer to being a good match for us.

Requirements

• Whether you've recently graduated or are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
• This position is internal and does not involve direct client interaction.
• Self-motivated and proactive with strong project management skills, around growth marketing, SEO, lead generation, content creation, website management for B2B companies.
• Strong understanding of growth marketing strategies and tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and copy writing skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment. You’re familiar with tools like ClickUp, Notion, and Loom and Similar tools.
• You use a lot of AI to constantly refine processes.
• Working remotely, you embody independence and initiative.
