Overview

We are seeking for the next Implementation Tracking Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is vital for maintaining the accuracy and effectiveness of our data tracking strategies across clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Tracking Plans are updated and inclusive of all new features, alongside providing regular updates on tracking performance and data quality for some of our clients.

This position offers a focused scope of work, requiring 10-20  hours per month, making it perfect for professionals looking for a flexible, yet impactful role in data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Tracking Plan Management: Regularly review and update the Tracking Plans to ensure it accurately reflects the current state of tracking initiatives and includes all new features.
• Data Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the integrity and quality of data collected through our tracking systems, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Reporting: Provide bi-weekly status reports detailing tracking performance, data quality, and any issues or areas for improvement.
• Feature Tracking: Ensure that all new features are seamlessly integrated into the Tracking Plan, with appropriate metrics and events being tracked.

Scope of Work

Time Commitment: 10 hours per month, approximately 2.5-4 hours per week.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: Proven track record in data tracking, analytics, or a related field, with a strong understanding of tracking plans and data quality assurance.
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to produce clear, concise reports. Familiarity with common data tracking tools and platforms.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively report on tracking status and insights.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver consistent updates.
