Overview

Adasight is on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Growth Consultant to be part of our remote team. This crucial role demands a professional skilled in leveraging data-driven strategies for acquisition and product, specifically tailored to sectors such as Music, Streaming, Lifestyle, or  B2B SaaS employing a Product-Led Growth approach.

The successful candidate will be tasked with spearheading Retention & Acquisition initiatives directly related to use analytics to identify opportunities for growth. You will craft enduring strategies for a diversity of clients, and significantly contributing to the development of our specialists in the areas in data, analytics and UX design. Moreover, this unique opportunity positions you as Adasight's inaugural founding member, playing a key part in shaping our future direction.

What you'll do

Project Leadership and Strategy Development

  • Lead and Execute Projects: Spearhead Retention & Acquisition analytics projects,  across diverse client sectors, from startups to large corporations, ensuring projects align with long-term objectives and success metrics.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop proposals in collaboration with leadership, maintain key stakeholder relationships, and manage resource allocation to meet client satisfaction and adhere to timelines.
  • Objective Setting and Performance Tracking: Define and monitor clear, measurable goals and KPIs, promoting transparency and a results-driven approach to strategy execution.

Analytics and Insights

  • Data Analysis: Utilize tools like Amplitude to dissect customer behavior, segment data, and unearth strategic opportunities, crafting marketing automation roadmaps with nuanced segmentation and triggers.
  • Experimentation: Design and conduct experiments with our squad to test hypotheses around user behaviour, applying insights to come up with  effective lifecycle strategies and performing in-depth analysis against core KPIs for actionable insights.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Generate statistically significant reports to offer deep insights beyond basic metrics, and present findings persuasively to internal teams and executive leadership to underscore growth opportunities.

Implementation and Training

  • Client Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments through interviews, platform reviews, and market benchmarking to grasp client needs and market positions thoroughly.
  • Strategy Implementation: Lead the formulation and supervision of strategy execution, providing clients with robust success and training frameworks to facilitate smooth rollouts.
  • Collaborative Execution: Engage with multidisciplinary teams within Adasight, including project managers, analysts, and architects, to ensure unified strategy development and deployment.

Knowledge Sharing and Team Collaboration

  • Internal Engagement: Work alongside the Strategy Lead and Marketing department to amplify knowledge sharing and lead generation efforts, contributing content like articles and leading workshops and training sessions.
  • Team Leadership: Cultivate a cooperative work environment across various teams, championing cohesive strategy development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of  experience in strategic consultancy, with a strong track record in growth strategy and product/data analytics.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Braze and Amplitude, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills for conducting client interviews, strategy presentations, and team collaboration.
  • Strategic and creative thinking abilities, with a commitment to driving client success through innovative growth strategies.
  • Team player with a dynamic and adaptable approach to solving complex business challenges.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS companies with a Product Led Growth Strategy as well as B2C companies with strong focus on developing strong products.
